I’ve seen Queenstown Catering in action at many weddings, when working as a celebrant and also when I’ve been a guest enjoying their food. Whether it’s a formal sit-down dinner or walk-and-fork style catering, the food is consistently delicious, beautifully presented, and served hot. I’ve always been impressed by how well they cater for different dietary requirements too—everyone feels included and well fed. I have a severe onion allergy and this was looked after alongside other versions of dishes that were gluten, dairy or meat free. Their team are friendly, professional, and hardworking. The food at our wedding was absolutely incredible. We have had so many messages since the day from guests saying it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had. Every single dish was beautifully done, full of flavour, and just felt so “us.” You completely nailed it. What really stood out was how seamless everything felt. The whole night just flowed, and we didn’t have to worry about a single thing. The team were calm, professional, and so onto it the entire time. It made such a difference being able to fully relax and enjoy our day. I was also very well looked after – my drink was somehow always topped up (elite service 😂), and the margaritas were SO good. We are so incredibly grateful for all the work that went on behind the scenes to make everything perfect. You played such a huge part in making our wedding what it was, and we couldn’t have asked for better. We also loved how we were able to taste all the food before our wedding and made it into a fabulous datenight. Silke and her team are incredible at what they do!!!! Highly, highly recommend 🤍

Silke, Andy & team (inc Harry & Ivy) were completely professional from the first email to enquire about catering for our wedding, until the execution of the day.  The comms with Silke were great, she even helped with my run sheet and advice on food and speech timings. Nothing was too big of an ask. Everything they said they would do, they did & the entire food & beverage service was perfect. They even made sure I had a drink of water before heading down the aisle and there was bubbles when we walked down back down! The variety of service styles, and meal choices was excellent. All dietary requirements were easily catered for, and very clear on the menu options. The team was always super responsive and friendly. We went with the shared platters style for our wedding, and couldn't be happier. The presentation was great, and most importantly the food was delicious! Many of the guests told us the same. It was so delicious we were to occupied eating to take photos, except for one of our mini desserts. It was very easy to add on vendor meals, and cater for dietaries there too. You were a big help with plating and cutting the cake too. We chose Queenstown Catering due to their friendly, helpful communication, and the good value delicious food. Andy and his team were highly professional and we had the most compliments about our wedding day food - most of which were along the lines of "that was the best food we have ever eaten at a wedding". She was so consistent with her communication, answered all of our questions and dealt with man mind changes over the course of our wedding planning. Nothing was ever too much of a hassle and on the day everything was absolutely seamless. We got married at Rippon and having an external caterer made me worry things might be a little disjointed but absolutely nothing went wrong! The timing of the food, the drinks, the friendliness of the staff. We also had his and hers cocktails made by Queenstown Catering which were delicious and at the start of our reception the staff brought two of the remaining ones over to us at the head table which I thought was a nice touch. The quality of the food though was second to none. Honestly our guests have not stopped raving about the food! We cannot recommend Silke and the Queenstown Catering team enough.

Not only was the food delicious but the service from all the staff was 10/10. All this was organised completed remotely due to us living overseas meaning that the first time we met in person was at the reception. Everything ran without a hitch thanks to the experience and professionalism of Queenstown Catering.
